MISSION

Construction of civil engineering works, in all the specialized fields of the activity, fulfilling the commitments to the clients,  paying attention to sustainability, responding to the interests of the society, contributing to increase the shareholder value and the personal and professional development of the people in the organization.

 

 

 

1. -PEOPLE We ensure the development of the company based on the professional involvement and participation of the employees, and we also encourage team work and continuous training policies, as well as qualified staff recruitment and the implementation of participation, motivation and improvement policies.

 

2. -INNOVATION Investment in equipment (production, computing, communication…) and study of new technologies, together with involvement of our collaborators.

 

3. -ETHICS Honestity in our relations, based on the respect of the rights and duties of the others, and the compliance with the laws and rules which apply, assuming the responsibility of our acts.

 

4. -ORGANIZATION It is properly structured, and applies Excellence criteria to the management. It has a participative management system and a commitment with the continuous improvement of our processes.

 

5. -ENVIRONMENT We assume the commitment with the environment. We intend to encourage the rational use of natural resources and energy saving; we work on pollution prevention and waste management, and we consider the environment in our work.

 

6. -PREVENTION We watch over our employees' Health and Safety. Thanks to the toughness of our procedures, we establish the necessary preventive measures to eliminate or minimize risks, and to fight agaisnt workplace accidents.

 

7. -SOCIETY We work for the integration of our actions into society, contributing and sponsoring projects which favour development.
