The IDECONSA Professorship of “Construction Economy and Civil Work Services” of the University of Zaragoza was created on 14th June 2005 through a Collaboration Agreement between the University of Zaragoza and the company IDECONSA.
The event was celebrated in Edificio Paraninfo, presided by the Vice-chancellor Felipe Pétriz Calvo.
The Director of the Ideconsa Professorship is Nieves García Casarejos, Head of the EUEEZ (University School of Business Studies of Zaragoza) and Doctor of Business Organization. The head office of the Professorship is located in this Centre.
The goals are founded on training of graduates and students of the University of Zaragoza in business and economy studiesin the field of construction, on the promotion of innovation and research projects, and also on the constant search for enterprise excellence.
Among the activities we can find: courses, seminars, conferences and round tables; grants and/or awards; research grants; support to official doctoral studies (training oriented), as well as any other activity related to the goals of the Professorship.
Activities are carried our according to a Planning made by the Professorship Direction and the constent of a Mixed Monitoring Commission.
